PHP Backround Service needed Urgently!

Hi, Need to develop a background php service for an android app. The app will be simply showing upcoming events and concerts for music bands. I need an experienced php developer to do this. Here are the two things, 1) the sql db that will make one for bands, their login info and all that. Also contact info. The second table will be for events/concerts and will also hold location data. 2) the php service will supply data in JSON. There need to be function calls for getting events, getting events nearest to place, getting events w.r.t to time. Another is to get the band contact info, music, images, video links. There a lot that i have left above. Filling the most common fields will show me how experienced you are. Thanks!
