7011 Weekly Newsletter

Please bid on Monthly Newsletter articles (Price per 5-6 articles) 4-5 Professional Newsletters (depends if there are 4 or 5 weeks in the month), 1 Consumer Newsletter (once per month) We want to send out a newsletter to 2 groups: 1. Professionals (weekly) 2. Consumers (1 X per month) Articles do not need to be extensive, however must be extremely well-written, spell-checked, grammatically correct. (Prefer briefer, well-written articles that engage reader to read entire newsletter, anticipate & enjoy newsletter, and forward newsletter to others!) A. Professional newsletter(weekly) Following sections included in each newsletter: 1/Marketing article (info to professionals on tips to operate or strenghten their business, 'smarter' business practices, money saving tools, employees, telephone courtesy, setting professional image, etc. 2/Highlight 1-2 members of our site: giving brief bio about member(s), include thumbprint photo, and provide hyperlink to the member(s) web-page. 3/Provide "Business info" (each week would be different 'focus' article) 1st week of month: address a different "HIPAA" law info 2nd week of month: 'ethical practices' (Discuss what is and isn't an ethical practice, especially in those 'gray areas' that present problems. We want to encourage and motivate readers to strong ethical practices). 3rd week: Legal topics (Not legal advice, but simply a 'did you know' info with possible link to more info. 4th week: Tax info (such as preparing for taxes, deductions to discuss w/your financial advisor, dates to pay self-employment taxes, info about IRS & links to their site for forms/info, etc.) 5th week (for months that have 5 weeks in them), emphasize existing or new features we are 'rolling out' for the members. (Would need to discuss possible options with us first for approval). 4/Brief Inspirational quote (& author) 5/Incentive to members to encourage other professionals to register (& link into our registration page) 6/Link to our 'comments' page, asking members to recommend ways to improve our site, features they'd like to recommend, etc. 7/Other ideas you feel would be beneficial? On Consumer newsletter (once per month): Newsletter to include: 1/Article pertaining to history of something that occurs that month. If articles can discuss a holiday/activity celebrated worldwide and how it's celebrated differently in each nation, that would be great. (ie Saint Nicholas/Christmas, National Secretary's Day, National Neighbor Day, Take your child to work day, Red Nose Healthcare FundRaising Day in Scotland, etc.) 2/Safety Tip (Such as "How to check a smoke detector", "home safety tip", etc.) 3/Health tip: (Exercise, fitness, new research, etc.) 4/Parenting tip 5/Relationship tip 6/Self-care, self-image improvement tip 7/Link to our web-site (telling them why it's important for them to use the resources on our site) 8/A quote (& author) that inspires. Also input you may provide that you feel would improve quality of newsletter or information would be welcomed. All writing must be original material (except for quotes, which must be documented as to author) and upon receipt of articles, we would own all copyrights for distribution and use of articles.
