Magento FME One Step Checkout - Custom Modifications -- PLEASE READ CAREFULLY -- 2

We recently purchased the FME One Step Checkout module, it is responsive so it is important any work done that the alinement is maintained for mobile devices + tablets. We would like to change the steps and change the layout a little bit. To see the module in action: [login to view URL] add anything to the cart and press "Checkout". The steps will be modified as follows: Step 1: Registered member or Guest - if Guest then enter email address, if Registered member provide login block. When "Next" is clicked Step 1 collapses and Step 2 appears - (same for step 3) Step 2: Shipping Address - self explanatory NOTE: The must be a rule to only allow valid postal code entries ie LETTER/NUMBER/LETTE-NUMBER/LETTER/NUMBER Example: h1h-3l4 **I have the code to achieve this rule and will provide it if needed** Step 3: Payment Information - use Magento modules for processing Please look at both images - there are 2 layouts one for desktop view and the other for mobile tablet. Other important criteria: 1. After step 1, the visitors email address will be recorded in the admin panel with the items in the cart, date, time and IP address. 2. If the user does not checkout, the system will email the visitor in a custom amount of time with the items from the cart. (Need an email template option) 3. We need to know at what step the user dropped off for abandoned carts. So step 2 of 3 or step 3 of 3 for analysis. 4. A new layout page must be created with limited amount of information for header - ie just logo and phone number and a static cms block to add other information. Footer another static cms block. ***I will provide the selected candidate with the original module. All work must be done on the candidates development server, I want this to be a drop in, install to minimize any negative effect on my website. Once the module is ready I will install it on my server and allow the candidate access to make adjustments if necessary***
