We are looking to build a joomla site that has a blog, a forum and some content management functionality. this is just phase 1 of the project and we need it live by July 25th and then we will discuss additional functionality for phase 2, so the sooner this is finished the better - and we can do round 2 which will involve a ton of extra functionaility. the site is already designed and cutup, you can see the mockup here [login to view URL] 1) the site will contain 2 blogs (the green boxes on the mockup will link to these) The content in the white space below will pull the most recent blog post. These 2 blog accounts will be posted by 2 dedicated bloggers who will need user accounts with this ability. 2) Several of the other content pages will be based on the blog architecture and will allow comments and so on - but all content will generated by myself, not a 3rd party blogger. 3) We would like the site to have a messageboard. 4) We would also like new users to be able to register or signup with us and be able to get their own blog hosted by us. 4) We would like users to be able to have rich profiles with avatars and everything. [login to view URL],com_mtree/task,viewlink/link_id,210/Itemid,35/ 5) We would like a FAQ page 6) We would like 3 lists of articles that we can pull in via rss feeds Thanks! ## Deliverables 1) Complete and fully-functional working program(s) in executable form as well as complete source code of all work done. 2) Deliverables must be in ready-to-run condition, as follows? (depending on the nature? of the deliverables): a)? For web sites or? other server-side deliverables intended to only ever exist in one place in the Buyer's environment--Deliverables must be installed by the Seller in ready-to-run condition in the Buyer's environment. b) For all others including desktop software or software the buyer intends to distribute: A software? installation package that will install the software in ready-to-run condition on the platform(s) specified in this bid request. 3) All deliverables will be considered "work made for hire" under U.S. Copyright law. Buyer will receive exclusive and complete copyrights to all work purchased.
