This project pays out a fixed $100 because we are looking for the best coder, not the cheapest :) The initial 1-day deadline for this project is for [login to view URL] modifications only (see attachment and links below). After those are uploaded and accepted by the Buyer, the time will be extended an additional 6 days from there. I need a real XHTML/CSS expert (no beginners please!!!) with strong PHP modification skills. The goal is to cleanup the HTML (make W3C Valid XHTML 1.0) in all pages of the website, while ensuring compatibility with all major browsers (IE6, IE7, FF3). The final XHTML markup must be "semantic", for example, using H1 tag for the logos, H2 tag for the page heading, and H3 tag for internal sub-headings, P tags for text paragraphs, DIVs in place of big tables, etc, all using CSS to make it look similar to the current layout, with minor improvements ok where recommended by coder and approved by the buyer. This project is a repost. Since many coders were not sure what is meant by "cleanup", I have prepared the attached video going over 11 specific items that must be done in order for the final XHTML to be considered "clean". The video is a bit long but that is what happens when people ask for clear requirements :) The attached zip was created with Winzip 12.0. If you have problems unzipping, please install Winzip 12.0.
