wordpress template (repost)

I have tried to make a wordpress page template called "paper" at [login to view URL] Currently the home page is a static page named [login to view URL] I have added the css, images but the pages aren't displaying properly. I would like to have a page template with the existing theme that looks like the static home page [login to view URL] I also have linked some pages in the footer of the home page that I want only to display in the footer. Please suggest a plugin that does this automatically. I have uploaded a style sheet that the home page used in the theme directory but it isn't working. ## Deliverables
