2642 MySpace, Bebo type script

I'm needing a script (out of box or custom) that is a combination of MySpace and Bebo that will have the following features: - Interaction with each other (message community) - uploading personal information and pictures - Emailing facilities through the website - Being able to track who has viewed your profiles and to be able to inturn view theirs - Funky icons to use in your profiles - Links to other pages where we can expand the site (CMS capabilities) - Chat rooms (flash type) - Newsletter pages - What's on in your area pages, we need a facility where people can log on and inform us of what is going on in their area, we can then update areas from our side (event calendar) - We need specific schools, colleges and universities listing so people can meet up through their schools - Interaction with text messaging features and updates to mobile phones - Downloading of the latest music and videos in the charts - Facilities for advertising companies to have their own login to upload their advertisements linked to specific pages and age groups. - Also a payment facility online to enable this to be paid for - advertising to run on a set timescale I've found a few out of the box scripts that come close to this, but not exactly. A total custom would be fine, but tweaking an out of the box would work too.
