Looking for a web developer based in London or SE to build a social networking website

I am looking for a web developer to work on the creation of a social networking website. The proposed website is fairly basic, and a knowledge of the php used in designing dating websites should be sufficient. Ideally, map search tools should be implemented in it, and so knowledge of Javascript and how it is used to generate maps is highly desirable. There is substantial funding available, so bids should focus less on cheapness and more on demonstrating the programmer's expertise in these areas. I am also open to offering stock options if the programmer is interested. The programmer should ideally be based in either London or the South East of England, and be ready to devote substantial time to this project until it is completed. The project is being financed by outside money, and while this allows me to offer generous compensation, it also means timely work and good communication skills are expected!
