iPhone Cover Flow style website navigation

I have an almost-completed java script that is to navigate just as iPhone cover flow, but through my website. It should allow the user to flip through thumbnail images which link to a gallery/movie page withing the site. As of now, the script is functioning well except that the thumbnails are not retaining the right links upon reloading. I'm hitting a wall and need just a little help.
