Integrate new CSS layout style with existing template

IMPORTANT: ** Only bid if you are able to work on this today, and have everything done by your end of day. ** Only bid if you have real world experience making CSS layouts using the latest web standards (table-less layouts, etc..), while supporting the major browsers. ** Only bid if you are able to setup the project on your local machine (uses CakePHP framework). The application was written in PHP and MySQL, so you need that configured. To configure application, mod_rewrite needs to be enabled; You create a database, import script, and copy the webfiles to your htdocs or similar. Note: It's also possible you can work off my server, but it might slow you down to much that way. The Job: I had a CSS designer turn a PSD template into a CSS layout, and he produced this: [login to view URL] But there are two problems with it: 1. It doesn't use proper web standards for making pure CSS layouts. For instance, the Top/Bottom tabs you see in the main content area are not created properly. He used a background image for the tab, instead of using CSS (for background color, border colors and styles, etc...). 2. Instead of integrating it within the CakePHP framework template, he made an entirely separate CSS file and html file. I ALREADY have a separate html file with CSS for the implementation of a similar layout, but this new template (linked at the top) looks much nicer. So I want you to: 1. Fix the bad CSS coding styles in the new template. 2. Use the styles from the link at the top (the new template), and with your enhancements, apply them to the existing site template (existing site not linked here for privacy). 3. There are some other minor issues with the existing site template I need fixed. Please factor in two extra hours to complete these. ## Deliverables 1) Styles from new CSS and html files integrated into existing site template. 2) Must work on all major browsers. 3) All new CSS code must use latest web standards. 4) Must be completed by the end of this day. ## Platform MySQL and PHP
