I want a multiplayer chess website. Player can 1) register an account. 2) put money into the account. 3) create a match with cash prize but must pay for the cash prize and admin fee in order to do so. 4) set a time limit for the game. 5) choose a match to play for the cash prize but have to pay an amount similar to the cash prize. 6) accept or refuse to play with the other player. If player sign out or disconnected during the game will be consider as losing the game. If player sign out or disconnected, the match created by the player will be canceled. In case of a draw, both player takes back their money. Admin will take the fee as long as the table is created and game is played. Admin fee will be returned when game is canceled.
