Warehouse entryand exit Modules

I want to develop a website for my business that makes receiving merchandise easier. The most important features will be a screen that prompts drivers to scan and upload their shipping documents and will ask them to stand in front of the screen to take a picture for security reasons and this will take a picture of their face and also separate webcams will take a picture of their truck. The documents and photos will then be sent to a different web page which will display them and will have text fields which will be filled in with the info uploaded. Labels with barcodes and some info will be printed (we have a Zebra barcode printer) The labels will be scanned and marked as "in warehouse" When they must be shipped out the are scanned again and marked as "out of warehouse" There will also be an option that will enable users to upload info and documents before the actual arrival of the truck. There will be no design work required I will format the page how I want it to look through css. I just need to have this code working. If the project is a success and is implemented well I would like to contact the developer again and do some upgrades such as RFID, OCR, and anything else that may be of benefit.
