**Summary:**
A simple tool to allow users to import data, save it to a table and then print it or export it in simple formats.
**Platform:**
Windows XP
**Language:** C#, VB or Java
Access, MSDE, HSQL, Firebird
This is a wizard driven application to allow users to import csv, text and xls files, transform the data into a database table and then to perform simple edits and export it again. I am not too fussy about the backend database and am open to suggestions. The only thing is they must not require a server based DBsystem (e.g. SQL Server, MySQL ...) If the project employed open source GPL'd code that would be acceptable. This project will eventually be GPL / open source license compatible. All values are to be importede and saved as text values in the database. All values are exported as text values so there are no issues with data types etc.
See the attached document for a full specification.

Hi All,
I have chosen my coder. Thank you to all those who sent in bids. I appreciate the time you took to make your bid requests.
The coder I chose was choosen for two reasons -
* He was the first to reply
* He showed an understanding of what was required
Again my thaks for your replies.
