Joomla JCE Editor Bottom Buttons Fix

Hi all, A few issues with the core of our site - probably some corrupt files but they need fixing. 1. the JCE Editor buttons at the bottom are not coming up on every page that the editor is seen on. Half of the time they come up and the other half they do not. We have upgraded it and also looked at other reasons but can't figure it out. This probably is something pretty simple but just over our head. 2. The arrows in our menu area are messed up some - most items have arrows beside them but a few do not have arrows at all - and they should have arrows, something in the core work of this. Also we have noticed when just trying to move modules up or down and the listing number is 0 we can seem to get it working again - moving up or down again. We try reordering but just doesn't seem to work via the Joomla admin area. once again a core issue 3. We want to make sure our database is safe - not corrupt in anyway - I have had problems downloading the jos_content table fully. I think it is because of some corrupt ASC issues but not certain. This would also included checking to make sure our user db is fine as well - seems that when some people sign in the back area the quickicons are missing. Again this just is simple stuff but want to make sure we are good before our Sunday Morning opening date. Any other issues you might run across and can fix - just let me know and we will add some to the payment. Please don't send generic postings about all you have done and can do - just be real here and I will answer you back - no offense, I don't like to speak with robots. So please... We are a church ministry - so please be very gentle on the bidding. I have some proramming knowledge but this is over my head. I also have a team of programmers working with me and once again this is just a little over our head and we don't have time to focus on fixing these items.
