Sitemap / Time and Date Modifier Needed

Greetings: I need a script (system) made for me that will do a few things automatically. Here are the details: I want to upload a bunch of web pages to a folder on my server without links to them. Once the files are in the designated folder on the server I need the script to: 1- Add a link to my sitemap for 3-5(random) files in that folder per day automatically. 2- Change the time and date "modified" stamp on those files to random times from the last time that it updated the sitemap. 3- Post a snippet from that page to a Wordpress Blog I'd like to be able to randomize the number of pages that the script adds to the sitemap every day also.
