Various IT Work - repost 2

Hi, I've recently come out of a unsatisfactory working relationship with a company who were selected to work on my IT. I won't name them out of professional respect, but they should never have bid for my work which is the conclusion we both arrived at. I have some work remaining incomplete on my site which I would like finishing ASAP. 1) Unsubscribe links creating for two PHP databases I have. 2) PayPal HTML payment codes entering correctly for a few services on my site. 3) Some pages removing, some corrections made to existing pages, and a few re layouts of existing pages. 4) Welcome emails and end membership emails correctly added to each service which are triggered when a member signs up. These are already there and just need re writing by myself, and then re positioning by you. I am looking for an individual or company that has the correct skills to do this work without the need to be shown where everything is, so they will quickly explore the site and understand how everything is linked in to specific aspects of the inner workings of the website. For example, when somebody signs up through PayPal, they are then automatically added to the correct service within my PHP database for the correct amount of time, and then when they cancel, they are removed from that service and put in a new list of members who previously subscribed to this service. Also a welcome email would have been triggered, and then an end membership email. The results are held on the site for my services, which are sports related tipping services, and these are managed from CMS, and by adding Jpegs through an FTP connection, which links in to each individual page for each relevant service, and a graph which sorts the results by the top five most profitable on my site. All this can be clearly explained in more detail, but the aim of this explanation here is to give a clear idea of the sort of person I'm looking for. I want someone who is dynamic and will only tell me a job is completed, or ask me to check their work when they have tested their work properly, as I found with the last company it was very hap hazard, and a lot of my time has been wasted going back and forth stating the obvious. I believe I am a fair person to work for, and will give straight and direct responses to any questions during the working process, and provide as much help as required throughout. What I do not want to find myself doing is wasting time working with someone who is learning the process along the way, I want someone who knows my set up enough to be able to improve the way I work, giving me confidence in their guidance throughout the working relationship. I found with my last IT I spent most of the time proving what they were doing was wrong, by screen print or video instruction, then I would never get an apology for wasting my time, and explaining the most obvious things, which in the end made me worry they just did not know what they were doing, so I would like to be impressed by my next IT selection. This could lead to a long term contract when these jobs have been completed, it depends on how they are completed. We can discuss this as we get to know each others working needs. Please let me know your expectation both as my potential IT, and financially.
