PSD to Wordpress using Redux Framework

Hi, We are looking to get a PSD template converted to wordpress. The site is pretty much done in PSD with a basic idea on responsiveness, we just want everything to be converted into functioning wordpress code. We have the PSD designs for the homepage ( 3 selectable variants) & 4 internal pages. We will require shortcodes integrated. The site has tables, so you should know as to how to code nice responsive tables. The template also has a jquery horizontal scroller that scrolls through columns. We will also need all of the Redux features such as Color Switcher and the likes. Please only bid, if you write outstanding code, clear/commented and cross browser compliant. We will need it to work perfectly across all browsers, including IE8. We also need it to be optimized really well. Please write 1x375 in your bid to showcase that you've read this in full.
