Minor Fixes for Wordpress

Live Website: [login to view URL] Fix#1 We have top decrease the Right Hand Side Bar(s) width approximately 20% = [login to view URL] And for the corresponding Increase in space we have to increase the width of the mid portion of the Pages/Posts = [login to view URL] Fix#2 The Title is not working for Posts and Pages that needs to be Fixed and we will use the same Font for Title as on Front page and Title will be aligned as shown on the Front page Fix#3 In the backend = [login to view URL] If we do not select anything still the Button appears on the Top right. This should not take place. when nothing is selected that button should disappear. Additionally in the Drop down we see only Posts, I want pages should also appear in drop Down.
