Fix Simple Existing CSS Contact form

Fix existing CSS contact form. I want it so when you click on a textfield the sample text disappears and they can begin typing. Also basic form rules to detect if the form has been filled out. Once submitted it sends you to the thank you page and emails me with their details and emails the client at the same time saying thank you for your request and have my logo on the email. Very simple stuff. I've done it a million times but I'm sick today and I cannot focus.
