Photo rating website/Website development and design

Hi, I’m looking to develop photos rating site so visitors can vote, comment, here are some examples….. [login to view URL] [login to view URL] Please see photos to understand what I mean in the attachment. The website will need to be uploaded and installed on the hosting service (digital ocean). These are features/functions that will need to be added. -Logo -Please see attachment FabRate1 to see the home page/main page layout. -Be able to add/photo photo by URL -Search by name (Please see attachment FabRate3 file to see the search layout) -List on the home page with the top 25 names with that are most rated. (doesn’t matter if they are rated low or high, just matters how many votes they receive. -Sorting option for each name, for photo style in the box it will say All Photos and a drop town window will say Street Photos, Event Photos, Professional Photos and Other -Sorting option for photos, for Sort in the box it will say Newest Pictures and a drop town window will say Top Rated and Most Rated -Voting option will be from 1 to 10, to the left of 1 it will say Not and to the right of 10 it will say Fab. -Visitors can only vote once per photo. -On the main page (attachment FabRate1), to the left of the main photo, there will be a little previous voted photo with the average of the rate score. -Every time you vote, a next photo will appear to vote. -Below the main image, you will see 5 latest added photos. -When you hover over photo Name it becomes underlined. When you hover over Comments, it becomes underlined. When you hover over Report, it becomes underlined. When you click over the sorting options, each option will become underlined. -Please see attachment FabRate2 to see the comment page/layout. -Add members login, visitors could create accounts to submit picture URL‘s, vote or make comments. Also, non signed up members/visitors can also submit picture URL‘s, vote or make comments as a guest (anonymous). If a member creates an account (profile), they can review their photo submits but they are not able to remove or delete any photos. So they can click on the photos they submitted to go that page on site. -Be able to click on the name or search name and visitor/user would just vote on that name’s recent photos. -Please see attachment FabRate3 file. When visitor clicks on Search Name, that will be the layout. The vistor can search by letter of the persons last name in alphabetical order. -When visitors make a comment, it will automatically be posted on the site. When visitors submit a photo, photos will need to be approved in the admin panel before posted to the site. -Please see attachment FabRate4 file. When visitor clicks on Submit Photo, the screen will say signed in Username or guest, then it will say “All pictures submitted are reviewed before being added to [login to view URL]“, then Name (will need a automatic word suggestion to see if the name has submitted to the system already), then Photo URL-(ie: [login to view URL] ) Windows - Pointing on the photo, right click on the photo and choose copy image location. Mac- Pointing on the photo press and hold the Control (Ctrl) key while you click the mouse button and choose copy image address. Admin Panel -I will include a link to a script with a admin panel, I would like a similar admin panel. It will need an admin panel that will have to include features such as settings, categories, photos, members, comments, bans and administrators. It will need the following. SETTINGS -general settings *be able to change the website slogan under the logo -meta settings *meta title *meta description *meta keywords Please see the attachment file name celebratefile for the rest of the details.
