Hello, In short, I would like to know: 1. price to make a full functional site like: [login to view URL] chat room site 2. including a 18 + with possibility for call 06 numbers...to enter the chat rooms 3. a content management system for the chatroom application and for site maintenance. i prefer a php application and if possible to let me as moderator join a chatroom and show myself as visible or hidden, to in a worst case scenario kick or even ban by IP a certain user. pls let me know. Thx. p.s. although its a medium project, my max budget is $1000 USD. This is because I deliever the PSD and images since Im a GFX designer, also I already have my own webserver (Debian) running.
