PHP to Flash programming for keeping score in a website game.

What I need to have programmed is a scoring system for an internet game that I've planned. I'll list what I already have and the alterations that I'd like step by step in the order that I'd like them to occur. 1. What I have; I have a graphic timer authored in Flash. It is able to synchronize itself with server time and is programmable to start itself at a predetermined date and time. It can also be stopped by a visitor to the website. 1-B. The alterations that I need; When a visitor to this website clicks the graphic timer to stop it, the time that is displayed when stopped needs to be saved, then I'd like the visitor to be taken to another page that displays a graphic form so that personal info can be input. The saved time from the timer will need to have already been added to the form and cannot be altered. All info, including the saved time from the timer will need to be saved in a file on the server of course. Only the saved time and the visitors name will then need to be placed in something similar to a "High Score" chart in a video game. In this case I need it to be a graphic chart that keeps track of the 10 lowest times. The lowest time needs to be at the top of the chart with longer times following below of course. This "chart" needs to be updated every time a new record is created by another user. All other personal info such as addresses and contact info will need to be saved in a file on the server so that only myself will have access to it. I have already completed all of the graphic components that are necessary and will send them as complete HTML files/pages and Flash FLA files when needed. I only need to have the programming done so that everything works the way that I'd like. To summarize, no design work is required. I only need coding work to integrate everything.
