Ming PHP Flash Player for Linux - Upgrade

Below are the details of this project. I need this done immediately. We had a coder that was working on this, but they are no longer available as of today. I need this done as quickly as possible and the end flash player made with ming-php should resemble youtube and or google's, at least a little bit.
