Flash Video playing speed on website

Hi everyone, I have a website but for some reason my videos about Rent A Coder are taking too long to play. The videos were created in Camstasia studio 5 and I have all the source files. You can test the current video playing speed by clicking the following link: <[login to view URL]> and click on any of the introduction videos. Only videos in the Introduction Videos category are currently available right now but these should give you an idea of how slow the videos are playing. Note: I will not accept the work completed until we actually are able to make the flash videos play faster on my website. **UPDATE** I tried uploading the generated html and respective files that Camtasia created to my server to see if the video played faster in that way and it does play faster: Take a look at this address: <[login to view URL]> Here it loads faster and it buffers the video as it plays and that's how I would like it to work on my website. This is the same video that is on my website but for some reason on my website it doesn't play in the same way. It doesn't buffer while it plays because it buffers before starting to play the video which is causing the problem of videos delaying to play. I have to conclude that the problem must be somewhere in my php page. Let me know if anyone can help me solve this problem. :-) Attached I send you all the files for you to check them out as well. ## Deliverables 1) Complete and fully-functional working program(s) in executable form as well as complete source code of all work done. 2) Deliverables must be in ready-to-run condition, as follows (depending on the nature of the deliverables): a) For web sites or other server-side deliverables intended to only ever exist in one place in the Buyer's environment--Deliverables must be installed by the Seller in ready-to-run condition in the Buyer's environment. b) For all others including desktop software or software the buyer intends to distribute: A software installation package that will install the software in ready-to-run condition on the platform(s) specified in this bid request. 3) All deliverables will be considered "work made for hire" under U.S. Copyright law. Buyer will receive exclusive and complete copyrights to all work purchased. (No GPL, GNU, 3rd party components, etc. unless all copyright ramifications are explained AND AGREED TO by the buyer on the site per the coder's Seller Legal Agreement). ## Platform All the videos are recorded at 950 x 713 but with Camtasia they are produced at 640 x 480 for display on my web page.
