Flash Ad Software Program

I want a clone of the flash ad software program found at [login to view URL] The program must be able to allow the user to enter their own graphics to use, will page curl to reveal the underlying image, and will be clickable to go to a second url when a site visitor clicks on the peeled part of the webpage. Go to [login to view URL] and you can see how this program works. I need a stand-alone version of it. The end product that is produced for me should be a user-friendly interface that allows me to select the webpage to add the flash component to. It should allow me to select the graphic I wish to use. And it should allow me to select the URL which people are directed to once they click on the peeled part of the page. The upper right hand corner of the page should peel back whenever a visitor visits the webpage (just as you see at [login to view URL]). I want the same behavior on the cloned version. ## Deliverables 1) Complete and fully-functional working program(s) in executable form as well as complete source code of all work done. 2) Deliverables must be in ready-to-run condition, as follows (depending on the nature of the deliverables): a) For web sites or other server-side deliverables intended to only ever exist in one place in the Buyer's environment--Deliverables must be installed by the Seller in ready-to-run condition in the Buyer's environment. b) For all others including desktop software or software the buyer intends to distribute: A software installation package that will install the software in ready-to-run condition on the platform(s) specified in this bid request. 3) All deliverables will be considered "work made for hire" under U.S. Copyright law. Buyer will receive exclusive and complete copyrights to all work purchased.
