Cake php flash expert needed.

I need a cakephp and flash expert. I need this work done in 3 weeks time, I need the flash aspect done in 10 days time. . I'll pay $225 for this. I really need the main focus and what you start with is the flash recording of book aspect. In the hotfile attachment. The book recording png is what i"m referring to.
