We are in need of a website being developed for a technical analyst.
He has drawn up a spec of what is required but this is open to change based on dialogues between the developer and the client.
The developer needs to create the back end and front end graphics to the website.
The developer needs to develop a test plan which will be based on the specification.
The test plan should be written BEFORE development begins as it will allow for the following: it will enable the client to confirm the developer has understood requirements it will allow the developer to test his work BEFORE presenting it to the client to test.
The developer must accept that he the website is open to reasonable change and this falls under the costs of this project. Once funds are released via escrow no further changes will be requested. The spec is attached.
