Real Estate Website - Google Maps, Ajax libraries, Google Base

Hello, I am looking for a person who has experience in the following: Google Maps PHP programming Google Base Google Ajax libraries Please reply ONLY if you have experience in these. I am looking to build a real estate website, a 75% clone of another site that I will provide. The site will have a small simple admin control panel. The site will pull the real estate listings for the areas in Canada only and display them on one side, and on the the other it will show the map. There are some option that will be also displayed to the user.
