HTML gallery and info style site

I'm looking for an original site for an interior design company. I don't want a template styled site. Some examples of styles I like are [login to view URL] and [login to view URL] . I realize that these have flash but I'm looking to do it all in HTML so it will be easier for the staff to change out images and copy. It would consist of X sections; company( sub sections awards/news and career opportunities), services, portfolio( 2 sections TBD, but each section would have maybe 6 locations and up to 6 images of each location with copy), and a contact section. Company colours: pantone 1255c, 467c, 414c and 462c. All images will be provided to your specs by us using Image Ready. All copy will be provided also by us. We are wanting to have this be a tasteful site with less clutter than most of the sites out there; more like [login to view URL] ***** I will look at every bid but please, please only send me links that show a similar design or layout. I won't pursue any coder that shows me template styled sites or sites with dead links. Show me real sites that work and you have designed.****** ## Deliverables 1) Complete and fully-functional working program(s) in executable form as well as complete source code of all work done. 2) Deliverables must be in ready-to-run condition, as follows? (depending on the nature? of the deliverables): a)? For web sites or? other server-side deliverables intended to only ever exist in one place in the Buyer's environment--Deliverables must be installed by the Seller in ready-to-run condition in the Buyer's environment. b) For all others including desktop software or software the buyer intends to distribute: A software? installation package that will install the software in ready-to-run condition on the platform(s) specified in this bid request. 3) All deliverables will be considered "work made for hire" under U.S. Copyright law. Buyer will receive exclusive and complete copyrights to all work purchased. (No GPL, GNU, 3rd party components, etc. unless all copyright ramifications are explained AND AGREED TO by the buyer on the site per the coder's Seller Legal Agreement). ## Platform This site will need to run on PC and MAC, on all popular browsers. Also needs to be editable from GoLive or Dreamweaver.
