derivatives calculator website

I require a script that converts excel (csv file) stockmarket derivatives data into Mysql & PHP so it can be viewed in a website. I have attached the .csv data file. I download the files daily as the data changes daily and i download 2 speadsheets. With a script of this kind do I have to import the file manually or can it be setup to download and import automatically?? The 2nd half of this job requires that the data be analysed to retrieve the best percentage returns on money invested. We have already created a simple formula in excel and this needs to be converted into PHP as well. Every stock in the attached spreadsheet needs to be analysed. There are 2 speadsheets. ## Deliverables 1) Complete and fully-functional working program(s) in executable form as well as complete source code of all work done. 2) Deliverables must be in ready-to-run condition, as follows? (depending on the nature? of the deliverables): a)?
