Changes to PHP order management system + ongoing work

We need some ongoing PHP coding done on an online order management system that was created for us. Our current developer has moved on and we are looking for someone to make small tweaks to the system on a semi-regular basis. ## Deliverables Hi, This is the work we require done initially.... Thanks for taking the time to have a look at this for me. Here is the current list of modifications that we need done. To have a look through the system... (please don't change anything!!) Client able to edit own details - I am told this is a large change/addition...so not quite as important as the rest. 2. If client edits the due date the job should move up or down the list accordingly (as jobs are sorted by due date/urgency). At the moment it doesn't. 3. The additional comments section of the order details page to appear on job sheet when outputted to PDF 4. When the client updates an order can the resulting PDF job sheet be called a different name? ATM it is [login to view URL] ...if a client updates can the new job sheet be called [login to view URL] or something similar? What is happening is...if our admin lady has opened the original invoice and then the client edits the order....when she receives the email advising of that new change she clicks on the link to download the changed job sheet but because it has the same name Firefox opens the original saved in her downloads folder. Make sense? 5. Can we have a job number column on the Home page and also list all page? Preferably to the far left column. I know there is not much real estate left in the template for this but can it be widened? 6. Is there a way we could record the tracking number for a job with the job details once it is moved off the home page when status has been set to "Dispatched"? It would be handy to find a job that has been dispatched and have the tracking/label number there also to save us trying to flick through our label books to find it. This is all we need done on the current system but want to talk to you further about adding to it. We have a new digital printer and want to create an ordering form for that as the current order form is no good for it. I have attached the files for the order system.
