Bot coder needed for dance music community site

We are looking for a coder to create a bot that we can use to send messages to large groups of people (10,000 plus per time) automatically through [login to view URL] These are dance music related social networking sites in which users must create profiles before they can communicate with others and they also has a large number of groups for people who are interested in various specific dance music topics. We would like a bot that will search their server for members and send each and every one of them messages without the hassle and time consumption of doing the entire thing manually. We would also like a feature installed into the software that would prevent us from messaging the same person twice within an alloted period of time. This could perhaps be in the form of a log of pre-messaged profiles that we could periodically delete as necessary. We would also like to avoid sending messages to staff members of these sites We would like to be able to send messages of about 250 characters which would automatically start with "Hey (person's username". We would also like the bot to save previously sent messages so that they do not need to be re-typed each time a new batch of messages are sent. ## Deliverables 1) Complete and fully-functional working program(s) in executable form as well as complete source code of all work done. 2) Deliverables must be in ready-to-run condition, as follows (depending on the nature of the deliverables): a) For web sites or other server-side deliverables intended to only ever exist in one place in the Buyer's environment--Deliverables must be installed by the Seller in ready-to-run condition in the Buyer's environment. b) For all others including desktop software or software the buyer intends to distribute: A software installation package that will install the software in ready-to-run condition on the platform(s) specified in this bid request. 3) All deliverables will be considered "work made for hire" under U.S. Copyright law. Buyer will receive exclusive and complete copyrights to all work purchased. (No GPL, GNU, 3rd party components, etc. unless all copyright ramifications are explained AND AGREED TO by the buyer on the site per the coder's Seller Legal Agreement). ## Platform Windows XP with .Net framework 3.0
