URGENT Ubercart Paypal Express Currency Conversion to USD at checkout

I have a drupal 6 site. I need a module created (or a modified version of the uc_paypal_express) to converts the website currency (currently ZAR) to USD BEFORE it gets sent to Paypal Express. It must then get converted back when it returns to the site. The website uses Ubercart 2 and Ubercart Market place. The mod will need to send an api request to convert the value before the actual request. You will utilize [login to view URL] Attached is an example of the currency conversion mentioned, but for Moneyscripts. It dynamically converts the currency to USD before it gets sent to checkout.
