462791 data scraping / user management

* Need new user name and password form. The password should be stored encrypted. Once user logs in, user should be given opportunity to submit information via form. Currently based on data submission, data scraping is occuring, but needs to be modified a little for this project. If a direct match is found, then script should get the appropriate information and insert information in database. If there are multiple results, then the script should show the user the first four results and a "none of these" with a radio button option next to each. If the user picks none of these, then the user can re-enter his search. If the user picks one of the four results, then the information should be stored in the user database. Only one record should be stored for one user (so of the four results, only the record the user picks will be stored in DB) Once the data is stored. An if/then statement will be created to show the user an appropriate message based on data that is retreived. For the average PHP developer who knows how to data scrape, I assume this should be a relatively simple project
