Windows Explorer component for .NET(repost)

Need Windows Explorer-like functionality and look for .NET VS2003. The component shall perform exactly like Windows Explorer. Left pane for treeview and right pane for displaying files, icons, dates, file type, etc. Component must have ability to sort by date, filename, etc. Columns heading can be added or removed or rearrange programmatically. One thing different about this Explorer than Microsoft Explorer is that the right or left pane can be resized independently of one another. Language use must be C/C++, VC++, VB, VB.NET or/and C#. Everything must be well documented/commented. Final product must includes source code and also a working sample written in C#. ## Deliverables 1) The component shall perform exactly like Windows Explorer. Left pane for treeview and right pane for displaying files, icons, dates, file type, etc. Icons must be system icon (as extracted by API) not image saved in some folders. Component must have ability to sort by date, filename, etc. Columns heading can be added or removed or rearrange programmatically. 2) Right pane can display in THUMBNAILS, LIST, or DETAILS view. 3) Left pane treeview must have "+" sign if there's a sub-folders. It shows "-" in expand view. Shows "+" in collapse view. Same as MS Explorer. 4) Component must supports DRAG-N-DROP and shows the same visual effect as Microsoft Explorer. During DRAG-N-DROP operation, upon releasing the mouse at the target location, the copy operation will be performed. If the target is the same location as the source, no copy operation will be done. Same as MS Explorer. 5) One thing different about this Explorer than Microsoft Explorer is that the right or left pane can be resized independently of one another. 6) Component must be able to create or remove files or folders. Same as MS Explorer. 7) Component must be able to do multiple file selections using mouse-click and CTRL or SHIFT key. Same as MS Explorer. 8) Language use must be C/C++, VC++, VB, VB.NET or/and C#. Everything must be well documented/commented. Final product must includes source code of the component, the component itself and also a working sample written in C#. 9) Complete and fully-functional working program(s) in executable form as well as complete source code of all work done. 10) Deliverables must be in ready-to-run condition. Deliverables must be installed by the Seller in ready-to-run condition in the Buyer's environment. 11) All deliverables will be considered "work made for hire" under U.S. Copyright law. Buyer will receive exclusive and complete copyrights to all work purchased.
