C# XP Scrollbar (themeable)(repost)

Hi all, I need 2 controls, a vertical & horizontal scrollbar, just like the ones included in .NET, however these must be color themeable, and come with several predefined themes: standard, xp, office 2003 (blue & orange), and any others you can think of. The designer should also be able to customize each gradient color. Each Themeable section of the scrollbars should be: - Top Arrow Box - Define arrow style (arrow, none, rectangle, circle) - Define arrow color - Bottom Arrow Box - Define arrow style (arrow, none, rectangle, circle) - Define arrow color - Middle ScrollBox - Scroll Background (gradient) It must be 100% managed and in C# (Minimal API calls, but none preferrably). It must be fully commented with XML-style documentation above the functions (if the function is less obvious, no reason to over-comment!), and seperated into appropriate 'region' fields. It must be 100% original and legally transferable. No using examples off codeproject, gotdotnet, or that, I want solid, orginal code! The more friendly, feature-rich, and bug-free it is, the more likely I will consider you for upcomming projects (and there will be many more!). Must be fully .NET 1.1 and 2.0 compliant. Original project should be in VS2003. It must retain styles on any Windows .NET OS (win98, Me, 2k, XP, etc) ## Deliverables 1) Complete and fully-functional working program(s) in executable form as well as complete source code of all work done. 2) Deliverables must be in ready-to-run condition, as follows (depending on the nature of the deliverables): a) For web sites or other server-side deliverables intended to only ever exist in one place in the Buyer's environment--Deliverables must be installed by the Seller in ready-to-run condition in the Buyer's environment. b) For all others including desktop software or software the buyer intends to distribute: A software installation package that will install the software in ready-to-run condition on the platform(s) specified in this bid request. 3) All deliverables will be considered "work made for hire" under U.S. Copyright law. Buyer will receive exclusive and complete copyrights to all work purchased. (No GPL, GNU, 3rd party components, etc. unless all copyright ramifications are explained AND AGREED TO by the buyer on the site per the coder's Seller Legal Agreement). ## Platform .NET 1.1 & .NET 2.0 Win98, ME, 2k, XP, Vista, etc.
