I have a program that currently sits in its own window "on-top" all of the time, displaying dynamic data that changes.
I want to run this "window" as a toolbar running inside WORD so that the user interface is WORD, but the window of the toolbar is entirely independent. I can wrap this functionality into an ActiveX control, but I cannot see a way (or have the time to research any more) to embed my ActiveX into a Word Toolbar
What I am looking for is a sample program that shows a method for me to embed my independent code (all VC++/MFC) into the Word toolbar area without using the "on-top" approach
