vs2005, c# Project

i have an application, and what i want is someone to help me finish it first of all i need a install wizard to be build, so eveything needed is installed and the app is running under windows xp sp1, sp2, me, vista the app is .net 2 framework and also using ms sql server 2005 also i need some other small modifications, and also i need to program a specific form that i already have to can manipulate many registrations from the db (db realtion) PLEASE DO NOT ASK FOR MORE DESCRIPTION i have nothing else to say, that is everything i want. i will propably award this project on monday, and i need it ready on tuesday bids around 40usd are seriously considered
