Points Scoreboard System

Hello I have very small budget as this is for personal use only not to make money on.. I have a online gaming club we play classic card and board tournamnts such as spades, hearts, euchre, backgammon and other games like this for the fun of it only, not money games I am looking for a points scoreboard thats 4 sided a admin side where I can add members so they can use a drop down to find thier name and thier partners name if they had a teamie as a partner, I need to edit in the types of tournaments/points we have and the points values a member side so they can use to enter thier points if they had another club member as thier partner or if they played with someone else and what type of tournaments they played in and where they placed in it then the 3rd side is from a leaders board that we can post on the club site where anyone can view it only that shows ranking by point levels the 4th side would shoud text posted from the reporting menu to a html page if this dont make any since to you feel free to e-mail me on it I need to keep this project under 40.00 can view this one to better understand what I am looking for [login to view URL] they rent thier services I just want one for my own club not others screen shots of another score box somehting like this I was hoping to get something better then this, someone made this for themselfs with no knowlege before hand if you want more info just PM me but I need this to look like aPRO made it and to work and would need it in time to be able to train others how to use it
