We are looking for a designer who can handle a very large project. We have an original concept for the internet and need a professional web design to implement it. It would be better for us to find someone who is will to partner up with us and share in the idea and site. The site will be well into the 100+ page range and will need daily upkeep. There will need to be a lot of tracking done so experience in this is a must. Flash and Java will paly a large part in the site. Again we a looking more for someone who can look at the potential of the site and would be willing to partner with us to get this up and running.

An original concept sounds like a fun project to work on and would love to help you with it. If it's going to be $100+ pages like you state though $100 is very cheap, especially if you need a database backend. I doubt you will find competent work for that price but I have put $100 for the bid because that was your max, feel free to message me for more details if you want someone with website design experience and can deliver.
