Vacation Property Management

I require a program that will be used for vacation property management. The program will be written in VB6 and use MSDE for the database. It will include an install package as well, everything I need to distribute the software to customers. The features that this program will have are similar to those found in the FlexRent program found at: [login to view URL] I would like the look and feel of the program to be more like that of office XP, if you can improve on the features let me know. I will own the exclusive rights to this software and you agree not to resell this to anyone else. I will need full source code as well as a compiled application ready to install. I am looking for a talented developer to work with that can provide work quickly. Please provide the quick look of your understanding and what will be the design of application. I am on a tight budget, so please provide your best price. I will be building many software applications, and will be looking to provide much more work for a talented developer that I can work well with.
