Popup with parent page fader effect and multi-month JS calendar

We need to have two things created. 1. A popup generator that would load a page, not just a preloaded DIV with content, but another page in a popup window and fade out the parent opener. Like on eBay Motors for example. If you go and search for Any car within let's say 100 miles of 10001 zip code you will get a list of cars, then on the left side click on "more options" under any of the features. You will get a popup with multiple options/tabs etc. This popup needs to process forms within itself without reloading the parent page, unless specified. When calling this popup function, the properties we need to pass to it need to be: which page to load and size of the popup. Example: onClick="showPopup('forms/[login to view URL]','650','500','y');" where 650 is width, 500 is height and "y" indicates that the parent page needs to be reloaded while the popup should remain open. 2. We need to have a multi-month calendar created in JS that would allow the user to select Start Date and End Date. Just like on Travelocity. The two-month calendar should appear for each text. It needs to work with SSL because we've had one created before and it would always generate a warning in the browser saying "This page contains both secure and unsecure items...". The calendar needs to be configurable on the fly where field name/id, the number of months to load and their layout (i.e. horizontal or vertical) would be selected in the function call. For example: onClick="showCalendar('startdate',2,'h')" where 'startdate' would represent the field name/id, 2 would represent two months and "h" would represent the horizontal layout. ## Deliverables 1) Complete and fully-functional working program(s) in executable form as well as complete source code of all work done. 2) Deliverables must be in ready-to-run condition, as follows (depending on the nature of the deliverables): a) For web sites or other server-side deliverables intended to only ever exist in one place in the Buyer's environment--Deliverables must be installed by the Seller in ready-to-run condition in the Buyer's environment. b) For all others including desktop software or software the buyer intends to distribute: A software installation package that will install the software in ready-to-run condition on the platform(s) specified in this bid request. 3) All deliverables will be considered "work made for hire" under U.S. Copyright law.
