Create a Custom Explorer:
1. .net based working in a Browser
2. The Explorer will only display Folders and Files that are assigned via a Settings Area.
3. The Settings Area is a Explorer where each Directory has a Checkbox next to it. (Like a Backup Program would have) When selected then the Directory shows up in our Browser
Basically we have a "View" on the Explorer. In addition the Directories opened will be saved in a Central Database with the following Information: Directory Name, IP Address of the System where the Diretory can be found. User and PW Information. Also we should save FileType (Winword, Excel, ...), Time Created, Time Last Modified. This information should be saved to a central Database (SQL Server or Oracle)
4. Allow to configure WebDrives via WebDav/FTP. Therefore Users can drag and drop files to a WebDrive as if it was a regular Drive.
5. The Explorer Should allow for 3 seperate ways to look at the Directories and Files. "File View" which should look like a Explorer Style View. Time Line View shows the Files in no Directory Structure but lists them according to a Time Line when they were created. Finally a Document Type View. Where all the Documents are grouped in their Format (Winword, Excel, ...)
