VB .NET Class -- Parse E-mail Account for Bouncebacks

**We require a coder to create a VB.NET class, which helps to parse bounceback e-mail messages. **The class will have simple code interface. It will connect to our mailbox via POP3, and process all messages, checking for bouncebacks (parsing/MDN/DSN). It will delete messages after processing. The class will be able to return a simple list of the "bounced" messages (preferably separated into hard/soft bounces). We will then process these directly. You will also create a quick test Windows application that will show the process, and allow us to view the results and how the program will parse the bounceback mailbox contents. **_You MUST have a strong knowledge of e-mail and bouncebacks in order to proceed with this project._** **Please place your bid!
