Need Script to Compare Database Data with Website

We need a script that will compare the information stored in an sql server table with the information on a website. Our database table has information about the address, phone number and business name of potential business leads. The script should use the reverse phone lookup feature on [login to view URL] to validate the address and business name in our database. The script should also record the results of the validation to predefined table columns. ## Deliverables We are looking for a script that will validate the addresses, phone numbers and business names in an sql server database table using the reverse phone lookup on 411.com. The script needs the ability to set it to run at a defined time and to validate only the rows marked to run. There is a column in the table that we will set to true in the rows we want to run. The information in our database that needs validating is stored in 6 columns; phone_number, state, city, zip_code, street_address & company_name. The state is stored as a state ID and associated with a state and state abbreviation in another table. To start validation the script should open the url [login to view URL]<phone#> with the ten digit phone number of the row being validated as <phone#> in the querystring. The script will then need to pull the information from the loaded page and assign it as variables for state, city, zip_code, street_address & company name. On pages with more than one result the script should pull the information from the result with no first name as the business name is loaded as a last name only. The saved data from this page should be formatted to the same format as our database so that it can be compared. For example Saint Louis would become St Louis. The data then needs to be compared. If the address returned by the website is the same as the address in our database then the address_valid column of that row should be set to true. If the addres is invalid then the 411 address should be recorded in the 411address columns; 411state, 411city, etc. If the address is valid the zip +4 also needs to be recorded in the zip+4 column. We would also like to compare the business name in our database with the business name on the website. There's no way to format the business name so it will probably only return true less than half the time. If the name is the same then the business_valid column should be set to true. If invalid the business name from the website should be recorded in the 411business column. The script should have at least a meager user interface to enter time to run. It should also display the total time it took to run the script when finished.
