Multiuser B2C & B2B Shopping Cart in ASP

This project is divided into 3 phases 1. Development & Design >> Budget $500 2. Datamining >>Budget $100 3. Promotion >> Budget $150 (excluding PPC & paid listing) Total Budget = $750 PHASE -1 At present we require a team of developers & designers only for 1st stage for which we require hardcore programmers proficient in ASP and designing complex database queries for developing an ecommerce appplication from scratch as a fresh application. We do not want any opensource code or modified copies of existing similar applications . The project : We need a comprehensive , ecommerce application (shopping cart ) for B2C & B2B selling , it must be built using ASP & MSAcess with option of upgrading to MSQL & MYSQL (upsizing SQL scripts will be required). Should be able to work as a standalone store as well as a mall with multiple stores with different admins(merchants) 3. Should have option for recurring payments/subscriptions through paypal for merhcants in mall setup 4. Should have features to export product listing to ebay store , froogle etc in the required format 5. Ability to add dropshippers and generate purchase order for any order received from them 6. Comprehensive shipping and payment modules and integration with major shipping companies and payment gateways 7. Dynamics titles , meta content and description for all pages/product pages (Search engine friendly) 8. Template based design 9. Bulk import items from txt or excel file in any format by mapping carts required fields to fields in import file from browser only 10. Multiple pricing option and display i.e Cost , List Price , Our Price , Our Wholesale Price ( Wholesale price visibile only to wholesale buyers) 11. Ability to run the application as a shopping cart or only a product inquiry cart (catalog only) 12. News Letter and new product update 13. RSS/XML/TXT feeds for resellers and affiliates PHASE-2 : This will require datamining from various wholesale sources , shopping websites , trade websites for emails and urls of online store owners who could be potential customers for this ecommerce application PHASE -3 : SEO , Deep web submission, Link building , promotion on search engines and email marketing with data collected from phase -2 Phase 2 and 3 are secondary we would first like your bids on part -1 , Please bid if you are confident of developing this solution as per our requirement , the bidders should include their portfolio and examples of similar work done earlier.
