Finish ASP.NET Web App in 4 days (Bonus If Completed)

We need a small ASP.NET web site completed by May 6, 2009. This application is fairly small and has already gone through 2 testing phases. All we need is for someone to review the latest feedback and make all the corrections to the source code including adding a couple of new features. In addition to making the coding changes, we expect that the application will be fully tested and that it works exactly according to the specification document.
