57504 EXPERIENCED Ensim Admin !!!!!

THis project is URGENT!!!!!!!! Hi, I have an ensim server in ev1servers, It has stopped responding by SSH and telnet, I have been offered KVM, I need an adin to go in and check it out but firstlypriority to backup about 3 sites... 1 firstly see what issue is. 2. if issue is bad, i will order another server,you will backup the sites o n that server and get it to work. 3. Question, do we need to order another ensim server,? 4. I was thinking of ordering a Plesk VPS. and get the sites working on that.... What is the bet thing to do? I need this sorted quickly or someone to have a look.... Thi project has no actual budget but will pay , amount to work on it and more if successful on getting 3 sites backed up...need someone who knows what they are doing. sites are all php mysql standard stufff please contact me via PMB. ------REMEMBER I NEED THIS SORTED OUT ASAP
