350494 Auction Type Website

Hi, I would like to find a programmer who can build a website for me with some eBay/[login to view URL] type qualities. I want to run it differently than those two sites but sort of similar. This website will be an auction type site with the look of [login to view URL] (I like that style of graphics) with timers for countdowns and listing properties like ebay. It will need to have user registration functions and will need to be linked to paypal sort of how ebay is. My countdowns will all countdown down sort of like bidstick does and it will need have a lot of back end information regarding events (games, concerts, etc) with dates, venues, etc. I don't know much about website building or anything. Just happened upon this site so if I'm posting in the wrong place, my apologies. I don't know what boxes to check below as far as what is required for a website like that to run. It said I had to pick one so I just picked the first one. Will need your expert advice here.
