Small Web App needed

I need a small web app that will do the following: 1) search for websites that are Under Construction 2) search for websites that have "Parked Domains" 3) search for websites that have "Flash" components or are "Flash-enabled" with option to search if these sites are "Mobile-Optimized". *************************************************** App should have the following features: 1) Enter keyword and location 2) Select type of websites to search for A) Find sites that are Under Construction B) Find sites that are "Parked" with a hosting company - (No website) C) Flash-enabled websites a) Check if site has a mobile website 3) Tool will return info: Category/Business Address/Phone Number/URL/Email/Under Construction/Parked?/Flash?/Mobile? 4) No Proxy needed 5) Return up to 100-200 leads at a time 6) Export to CSV To find sites that are Under Construction: (You will need to use multiple qualifications to determine if a website if Under Construction (#tags?) To find sites that are Flash-enabled: (You will need to use multiple qualifications to determine if a website has flash components) For Flash option you can use qualifications like this: EX 1: Attorney Chicago IL filetype:swf EX 2: Attorney Atlanta GA filetype:swf EX 3: Dentist Atlanta GA filetype:swf EX 4: Chiropractor St. Louis MO filetype:swf EX 5: Accountant Los Angeles filetype:swf No proxy should be needed. To find sites that have Domains that are Parked: (You will need to use multiple qualifications to determine if a website if parked or not) - here is an example: "Parked courtesy of GoDaddy" is a good search string. Look at this domain as an example: [login to view URL] Will need to pull Category, Business Name, Address, Phone, Email, URL, etc. for all scraped leads. No proxy should be needed
